Simple and effective, don’t need fancy UI animations for something that takes care of clipboard history.

I have not used this app to it’s fullest extent but for what I have used it for it has been great. I am giving it four stars but will revisit the rating after I have beaten on the app a bit more. Right now I have nothing bad to say - it installed, I configured it and it works. Update: The more I use it the more I like it. What an excellent tool! Update: Now that I am totally addicted to this tool on my Mac desktop and notebook I wish there was an easy way to have this functionality on my ipad and iPhone.
Its nice to be able to copy multiple selections at once and then pick which you would like to paste but being used to not having this feture for so many years I find myself not using it much. One change I would make is put the copied selections in the right click menu. Like instead of going to the menu and picking the selction you would like to paste you can right click where youd like to paste, hover over the paste options and then a secondary menu come up and you can select which selection youd like to paste. Would make the app so much better. Its a good app and being that its free you cant go wrong.
I use this every single day. It’s easy to use and totally essential. If you copy over the clipboard by mistake, no worries. If you need to copy and paste multiple things, no worries. Just get it.
A must-have for increasing productivity!
works well, seems quite stable. would be nice to have an ability to save favorites (maybe at the end of the program). the hot keys don’t always work, probably because the program being used already is using the keys.
A very little and usefull app. It helps a lot if you’re the type of the person that copy things a lot.
On my 2016 MBP with Touch Bar, I couldn’t get this to work. I can copy to it it just fine, but I could never paste from it.
Work 4 hours plus on desktop every day. This is one you should have. Being able to see what is on your clip board with one click and being able to select it for reuse . Best ever app!
This is a wonderful tool, that does EXACTLY what it says on the tin, has NO bugs or glitches, and is absolutely FREE. With those three things combined, it is in a very select few utilities. Add to those its amazing low RAM usage (never above 100 MB), and I won’t be deleting this one anytime soon. No matter how hard I run my MacBook Air, this utility never freezes up or fails me. It’d be nice if there was a keyboard shortcut to open its menu (and thereby easily access the shortcut commands for the last 10 clipboard items), but that’s about it.
I am using copyclip for a while and it never crashes and it’s super simple to use. However, two things are missing, at least from my angle of work. 1. It would be great to keep certain elements that you need to paste again and again, such as your signature. I have a different app for that purpose now, but I don’t see why this shouldn’t be incorporated. 2. The assigned shortcuts interfere with automatic shortcuts used on Mac Os, so you either need to change the system defaults or desist from using the shortcuts
I love this app. It seems like something that should be built into software. I blog daily and when I post to different platforms this makes it so easy. Thank you for your great APP!
CopyClip is one of those useful little utilties that you don’t realize you need, but once it’s installed, you can’t live without it. What it does is simple - it creates a list of all the text you’ve cut or copied on your Mac, and allows you to place it back on the clipboard for easy pasting. That’s it. Simple. And incredibly useful.
Every OS needs a good clipboard manager, and this is the one for OSX. It just works and isnt overly complicated or have bells and whistles you dont care about.
it’s easy to use and I was surprised how handy it is when it’s possible to bring back the history of what you have copied in the clipboard anytime in the future. also it is important that the app won’t take too much resources of your computer in terms of RAM.
I’ve been using CopyClip for a while now. Thus far this app has fulfilled all my expectations! It is so simple, but very effective. I would definitely recommend this is friends & family. It would be nice to have an iOS version of this app!
Always being used, no need for more sophisticated apps!
I have done 20 copy and now I want paste all inside a document. To do that, you have to do 40 actions and more but that works. It will be so nice to have a "paste all” command :)
one of the few utilities that I want to keep on my Mac in the long term
Just perfect!!!
