Copies text but doesn’t paste

I think it was working properly when I first downloaded it (I only tried it for a very short period of time when I first got it) but now it doesnt paste in any text. As the title states, it is still storing all of the text that I copy, but it doesn’t paste it when I click on the text or use the keyboard shortcuts. Maybe I’m missing a step, but it seems that this isn’t going to work for me. Hopefully they update it soon, as I do like the minimal interface.
